New Teen Bedding

We're really proud of our newest teen bedding design. After many requests for a unique bedding set including: comforter, pillows, pillow shams, bed skirt and soon: curtains, our Design Artisans came up with this awesome creation: Kissing Katie Teen Beeding

The details includes satin stitched lip shaped appliques along with embroidered Xs and Ox to show how much we just love to pucker up. This cute ensamble is sure to be a hit with teens and adults alike. You can even choose your color scheme: red, pink or violet.

New Product Announcement

New yummy treats that never loose their sweetness. These cute muffins, cupcakes and cookies are one of the newest editions to Noelle's Pillows.

What brought on this delectable decadence? The need for sweets, particularly for a special birthday from a special aunt to her niece. This custom design request inspired our Design Artisans to satiate their sweet cravings and make a new collection: Tasty Treats.

This makes an adorable addition to the Cafe Collection Theme that's fun for a breakfast nook, bedroom or cafe. The new collection includes: vanilla, strawberry or chocolate muffins, chocolate chip cookies with light or dark chocolate chip accents, and fun cupcake designs with choice of toppings, berries and icing.

Enjoy the morning with a cup of cappuccino and a slew of new Tasty Treats. See, the morning doesn't have to be so drab after all.

Going Green

Not only was this a line in a movie: "Twister", (in reference to the color change in the sky before a tornado brews) but Going Green is a new trend in businesses everywhere. Corporations are learning that there is a market for cleaner and healthier living.

Simply put, green products are considered products that are made from natural materials, and not treated with chemeicals.

Be very careful in the labeling of the products. Not all things labeled natural are indeed natural. Look for key words like 100% Certified Organic Cotton. The term 100% Certified must be there to ensure that you are getting an Organic product. This also applies to the food industry.

Noelle's Pillows has developed a line of products made specifically for chemically sensitave people and those who are concerned about the environment.

Noelle's Pillows uses natural or 100% Certified Organic Cotton fabrics*, batting, stuffing, and even right down to the thread on these products. These designs don't sacrifice beauty, creativity, or functionality.

*In our Green Collection, we will always state the type of fabric it is. If it is not 100% certified organic, we will let you know. The fabric then may be "natural" which also helps the environment but may not be certified organic.

NOTE: The main reason why our Green Collection was created was due to the past history and illness Noelle (owner and creator of Noelle's Pillows) had suffered. It was her poor environment that made her ill and quite possibly also led to another illness later on: breast cancer. Also having suffered allergies and chemical sensitivities, Noelle wanted to extend a route of hope for those who struggle too.

Decorating for You

When designing or redecorating your your room, be sure to keep one thing in mind. Do it for you. You are the only one who will need to live with the end results which can be quite marvelous if you take a few precautions.

If you don't know what you want, don't try to figure it out as you go along. Know exactly your theme, color scheme and style.

Take a color palette with you when you shop either on line or at boutiques. A great way to do this is collect a few color swatch cards from paint stores. You'll also be able to select complementary colors without investing in money and time. It's a lot easier to toss out a swatch card than it is to re-paint or re-decorate.

Also, do this with fabric swatches. You'll be surprised that the creamy yellow you saw on your walls will be rememered differently when you get to a home decor shop. You may end up with the wrong hue.

Finally, get as many books from the library or go to on line tutorials about home decorating and color schematic. It may seem overwhelming at first, but anyone can learn to be a pro in no time.
